Billing details
Payments are processed by Paddle acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt and is responsible for collecting payment and remitting taxes (VAT, GST, US sales tax, etc.) based on your billing country.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Paddle Customer Portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling keeps Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund window: 14 days, no-questions-asked. After that, refunds are handled case by case and your local consumer-protection rights (e.g. the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) always apply. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Frequently asked
What does "unlimited" really mean on Pro?
Unlimited for normal human writing — drafting, polishing, and iterating on your own posts. We apply quiet technical safeguards (a short-term burst limit, a generous monthly fair-use ceiling, and single-day anomaly review) to deter scraping and resale. A real daily writer will never reach them. See the Terms for details.
Monthly or yearly — which should I pick?
Try monthly first. If Drafty fits your workflow after a few weeks, switch to yearly to save $45/year (about 31% off the monthly rate). You can switch any time from the Paddle Customer Portal.
Will my price change?
Not for existing subscribers. If we raise prices, current subscribers stay at the rate they signed up for, and we give at least 14 days' notice on the home page before any change.
Do you offer team or agency plans?
Not yet. v0.x is built for solo writers. Email [email protected] if you have a team need — your input shapes what we build next.
What if I don't love it?
Email us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days we look at it case by case but we'd much rather refund a fair request than keep an unhappy customer.
Credits vs Pro — which fits me?
Credits are pay-as-you-go: buy a pack, use it whenever, no subscription. Good for occasional use, a single big project, or trying Drafty before committing. Pro is $12/month for unlimited polishes and pays for itself once you're using Drafty most weeks. You can mix them — Pro renews monthly, credits top up the surplus if you ever exceed Pro's fair-use ceiling.
